Arrivals & Cancellations
Promptness: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to select your colors and settle in.
Late Arrivals: We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive later than 15 minutes, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting the next guest.
Cancellations: We value your business and ask that you value our time. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Customized Pricing
Service Variations: Menu prices are starting rates. Final pricing may be adjusted based on nail length, specialty shapes, or the complexity of nail art.
Texture & Density: For waxing services, a small "Advanced Care" fee may apply for dense or stubborn hair textures to account for the additional time and product required for a smooth, comfortable result.
Nail Health & Repairs
Guarantee: We take pride in our work. If your gel polish chips or an enhancement lifts within 7 days of your service, please call us for a complimentary repair.
Natural Growth: For services like Luminary Multi-Flex, we recommend maintaining a short-to-medium length to ensure the health and integrity of your natural nails.
Group & Party Bookings
Celebrations: For groups of 3 or more (including children's parties), a $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Advance Notice: Please book large parties at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure we have a full team ready to pamper your group.
Health & Safety
Please inform your technician if you have any allergies, physical ailments, or are using skin medications (such as Retin-A or Accutane) prior to receiving waxing or spa services.
